- Design Marketing plan in order to create a new Brand
- Developing new items
- Creating brand images
- Design Marketing communications
- Constantly stimulate Sales in order to increases sales in order to archive sales target
- Monitor marketing plans in order to adjust marketing plans accordingly
- Identify competitive environment for the company and adjust marketing plans accordingly
- Identify ways to launch new products to the market and selling plans
- Develop new ideas in order to create new product line to introduce to the market
- Other related works

Qualification
- Male/Female 30 years old or older
- Bacholor/master degree in marketing or related fields
- Experience in marketing or managing any brand for atleast 5 years
- Good personality, Leadership, Responsibility and trendy
Experiences in Personal cares and skin care business is a plus
